Fire Country Season 3 Episode 3 Spoilers: The Secret Is Out of The Locker

We’re three episodes into the fall season of Fire Country, and things are already blazing hot.

Fire Country Season 3 Episode 3 spoilers will fan the flames of excitement into a raging inferno, leaving you burning for more.

Even though we’re three episodes into a new season, we’re still caught up in the disasters left behind in Fire Country Season 2. At least we finally have Gabriela’s answer for Diego.

The bride said no, although all of that happened off-camera. But the tension is stronger than ever between the love triangle of Gabriela, Bode, and Diego.

So, will we finally see Bodelia get their relationship off the ground?

Check-in Fanatics. Do you support the relationship between Bode and Gabriela? Or are you on the Manny train and want to see the two go their separate ways?

Speaking of getting things off the ground, Bode was accepted into Phase 2 of the fire training camp in Fire Country Season 3 Episode 2.

So, we expect to see him in cadet mode from now on.

The first two episodes of the third season immediately followed Fire Country Season 2 fiasco of a wedding and its symbolic but literal crasher — a celebratory helicopter.

We expect to see the third episode move ahead in time a bit, although it can’t jump too far. Jake has a suspicion, and he’s not the type to sit on that for long.

Fire Country Season 3 Episode 2 teased viewers with the tension of a shared secret between Gabriela and Bode. A secret that could cost both of them their careers.

They might have gotten away with a costly mistake with a sloppy fix.

If Jake hadn’t discovered the condemning evidence that Bode did nothing to conceal.

(Eike Schroter/CBS)

Dude, you’re a convict. You got away with having a burner phone in prison. You know not to keep a stolen necklace in your work locker where it can be found easily.

A necklace that contradicts what you both put in your reports involving the treatment Gabriela provided for the patient injured after the helicopter explosion at the end of Fire Country Season 3 Episode 1.

Bode and Gabriela were having a hard enough time keeping their secret undiscovered after getting outed by CFD cadet Audrey James (Leven Rambin) during the up and down Bode presented for his application to fire training.

We sense some major tension — maybe competition — between James and Bode.

(Eike Schroter/CBS)

This viewer wants to explore that relationship avenue more than a reunion with Bodelia. I have been there and seen that. Give us something new.

The promo for Fire Country Season 3 Episode 3 shows Jake confronting Bode and Gabriela. The logline hints that the couple’s decision to keep a massive secret is weighing on their conscience, and they’re considering confessing.

So is Jake’s confrontation going to be a blessing in disguise for the couple to clear their minds? Maybe Jake can help them find a way out of their tricky situation.

It will be interesting to see how the writers and Diane Farr — yes, Sharon Leone — handle Jake’s reaction. This episode will be Farr’s first time behind the director’s chair for the Fire Country series.

Jake could listen to their confession and decide to help them keep their secret. After all, if they tell the whole truth to the CFD, Gabriela could lose her job and never get to be a paramedic again.

Bode could also get rejected from the California Fire Department Training Program.

Bode is already dealing with an identity crisis as he tries to acclimate back to life outside of prison. Especially when being out means also being out of firefighting.

If he can’t be in the training program — especially after Luke and Sharon (who’s back to her old job) pulled strings — what is Bode’s purpose? It’s unlikely that his actions could land him back in prison.

At least Manny finally has his fate answered. He was sentenced to prison time, but he’ll serve it at Three Rock.

(Eike Schroter/CBS)

This gives us our Freaky Friday life swap — father of the bride is in prison while the bride’s ex-boyfriend is out of prison.

It will be interesting to see Manny as the inmate firefighter in the camp he used to run, having to follow orders from someone he once outranked who’s doing his old job.

How do you think he’ll get along with the inmates he once had to boss around?

Viewers might also learn more about Sharon and Vince’s newest life developments. They are now small business owners of a structurally damaged bar.

And they have a fixer-upper RV they’ll likely never have time to use. Could said RV play a role in Bode’s freedom journey?

(CBS/Screenshot)

We know we’ll be meeting a new character in the third season. So-Cal surfer boy Camden, played by Jared Padalecki, will be joining Fire Country as a recurring guest.

We don’t know where or when the firefighting duo will meet.

Given that he’s the subject of the third Fire Country spinoff, this new character will at least appear in more than one episode.

The show did not do as well at setting up Sheriff Country, the second spinoff, starring Sheriff Deputy Mickey Fox as Morena Baccarin.

Now that Fire Country — like our other favorite PrimeTime series — is back to its normal format of over 20 episodes, there is more room to properly set up the spinoffs.

So we hope to see a return of Mickey Fox on Fire Country ahead of her 2025 debut.

(Eike Schroter/CBS)

Over to you, Fire Country Fanatics. Do you think there’s enough room in the Fire Country universe to support two new spinoffs, especially after the second-season slump the show went through?

What do you think should happen with the necklace Jake found that Bode and Gabs took off their patient to hide the fact that Gabriela administered a medication the patient was allergic to and nearly killed him?

How do you like the storyline of Vince and Sharon finding things to enjoy outside of the fire department, like their RV and Smokey’s bar?
