NCIS Season 22 Episode 10 Spoilers: Torres’ Passionate Romance Threatens to Derail the Team

NCIS has featured countless romances throughout its 23-year history, but most haven’t ruffled too many feathers amongst the team. 

That could change with NCIS Season 22 Episode 10 when Torres’ personal life is scrutinized. 

He has had his fair share of steamy encounters on NCIS, but someone new has caught his eye, and we’re trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together before the rest of the team does. 

CBS has confirmed that the episode, airing Monday, January 27, at 9/8c, will delve into this mysterious relationship and won’t be plain sailing. 

The network’s official synopsis teases that “tensions heighten when Torres’ secret romance is discovered,” so it sounds like someone will catch the pair during a tender moment. 

There’s no other way it would be revealed to the team.

We’re pretty sure it will be the topic of the conversation for the gang as they go about their day. 

Torres Lost A Lot When Gibbs and Bishop Left

Torres doesn’t owe the team anything about his personal life.

Perhaps the uproar about this new pairing stems from his being with someone who may be against his fellow NCIS agents. 

It’s always nice to have a little mystery.

NCIS sure has had plenty throughout its impressive history, but something tells me that the drama surrounding the romance will dissipate quickly. 

The big question, though, is who this mystery woman is. 

Since Gibbs and Bishop left the team, Torres hasn’t been as forthcoming about his life.

He’s been using his charisma to get through the harder cases and not sharing as much. 

It took him a long time to open up to Gibbs, and he felt like he had lost a mentor figure when Gibbs decided to do something for himself for a change. 

The good news is that Torres is heavily present in the episode’s official promo, so it will probably be a Torres-heavy hour. 

The other big plot on the Winter premiere of NCIS involves a case centering on Parker’s favorite bakery, whose owner is being blackmailed. 

There’s no indication about why it’s happening, but Parker has proven resourceful and down-to-earth, so we believe he’ll have no issue finding out the truth and bringing the perpetrators to justice.

NCIS Is Still Delivering Solid Cases

With NCIS, no case is ever easy to predict because there are always many twists to throw us off the scent of the resolution. We expect more of the same here. 

The spoiler photos showcase Parker and Knight interviewing the bakery owner.

Maybe there will be a point in the story when they speculate she is up to no good. 

Either that, or they’re keeping her in the NCIS headquarters so the people desperate to take her down don’t have a chance. 

There’s a lot to look forward to for a midseason premiere. NCIS has mostly scaled back cliffhangers because the story hasn’t called for them in recent years. 

That said, we have had theories about what will happen in the second half of NCIS Season 22, including a surprise romance between Knight and Parker. 

The series has thrived for so long because it focuses on characterization instead of plot twists, so we’re entering what should be another great run of episodes.
