Porsche Offers Three New Taycan Variants for 2025

Porsche offers a mind-blowing number of trims and configuration options for almost every vehicle it sells, and the Taycan product line just got even more complex. The automaker announced updates to its sporty EV for 2025, which includes three new trims and better performance.

The trim addition brings the number of Taycan trims to 13. New variants include the Taycan GTS, GTS Sport Turismo, and a new all-wheel drive Taycan 4. Pricing for the line starts at $99,400 for the base Taycan, while the top Turbo S Cross Turismo starts at more than $211,000.

The new GTS trim has up to 690 horsepower and can be had in both the sedan and wagon body styles. Porsche installed an Electric Sport Sound system that it says is “to do justice to the exhilarating character of a GTS,” which here means a 0-60 mph time of 3.1 seconds.

Porsche priced the Taycan 4 at $103,300. It gets 429 horsepower, adaptive air suspension, and Porsche Traction Management. The Taycan 4 Cross Turismo is a bit more expensive, starting at $111,100.

It’s always a bit tricky to get excited about another super-high-end EV, but it’s also hard not to be excited about a new Porsche. Improvements to the car’s range and performance helped overcome some of the early criticisms that it traded speed for range.
