It’s a constant thing among us car people — pining after vehicles we can’t get here. But the question often is this: Do we like the vehicle for what it is, or because we can’t get it?
Looking at the fully unveiled Kia Tasman, I find its styling a little rough around the edges for my taste, though the cabin looks clean. The specs on the gas and diesel engines seem about par for the small-truck class — at least at a glance, without doing some comparisons.
On its own, I don’t lust for the Tasman, though I’d love to see more competition in the small- and mid-size truck class.
That latter point alone makes me wish we’d get the Tasman in our market.
What say you? Do you love it or is it just fine that Kia seems to be leaving it out of our market?
Sound off below.
