The $100,000 Pyramid Exclusive Sneak Peek: Chandra Wilson Swaps Medicine for Movie Trivia

Chandra Wilson has been with Grey’s Anatomy since its 2005 debut, and the beloved actress is branching out.

The $100,000 Pyramid has enlisted the star to appear this weekend on the ABC series, where she will be put in the hot seat with questions about movie trivia.

TV Fanatic scored an exclusive sneak peek and first-look image from the installment.

It’s glaringly apparent that Chandra is a big movie fan as she whizzes through the 30-second timer with seven consecutive correct answers.

There’s no telling how she’ll fare in the other rounds, but if her performance is anything like what ABC provided in the clip, she may leave the game show with a big victory.

Her infectious personality shines through the clip and makes me very excited to watch the episode in its entirety when it premieres on ABC on Sunday, March 15 at 10/9c.

Host Michael Strahan is taken aback by how quickly Chandra answers the questions and notes that she must like watching movies.

The questions cover some of the biggest franchises, so Chandra seems very knowledgeable about pop culture.

Given that she’s been a cast member on one of the longest-running and most renowned series in TV history for over two decades, it’s not too much of a surprise.

Seeing Grey’s Anatomy cast members in different projects is always interesting, especially when they’ve been on the show for so long.

Ellen Pompeo will take her career in a markedly different direction later this month with the debut of Good American Family.
