The Genesis GV60 EV debuted a few years ago, offering the brand’s signature eye-catching design and compelling tech. It’s getting an update for the 2025 model year that brings a revised exterior appearance, a giant new touchscreen, and more.
Genesis reshaped the GV60’s bumper, giving it a more three-dimensional shape, and the headlights have been updated with micro lens array technology. The crossover is available with a new 21-inch wheel design, and it comes with body-colored accents and a rear skid plate.
The most significant change came on the inside, where Genesis fitted a new 27-inch infotainment system that combines the gauge cluster and touchscreen in one unit. Genesis eliminated the center bezel, giving the GV60 the appearance of one large, continuous display. The GV60 also received a new steering wheel design.
Large screen or not, the GV60’s tech equipment is impressive. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, along with navigation, wireless charging, SiriusXM radio, HD radio, biometric recognition, USB inputs, and more. Genesis layers interesting graphics and animations into its infotainment interface, but it’s still one of the easier-to-use and straightforward systems around.
Powertrain options carry over from 2024. The base configuration uses one electric motor, making 225 horsepower, while the mid-range setup adds an electric motor for a combined 314 horsepower. The top configuration boosts that output to 420 horsepower, dropping the 0-60 mph time to just over four seconds.
