The seller fixed a water leak and put in new seats. The truck apparently burns a little oil and it’s clear it needs paint and cosmetic work.
It also sounds like the heater core doesn’t work, the fuel gauge has problems, there are rattles, there’s no tailpipe, and the steering wanders.
So yeah, it needs some work.
