The culmination of the MSL season is this Saturday as LA Galaxy takes on the New York Red Bulls for the 2024 cup, and the match plus all coverage will be free on Apple TV.
Streaming the final match free across Apple TV hardware, smart TVs, games consoles and more, comes after Apple did the same for Lionel Messi’s debut at the start of the season. That debut reportedly doubled subscriptions to Apple’s MLS Season Pass, and Apple surely expects another boost from the end of the season.
As ever, MLS Season Pass costs less and less as the season goes on, and now people have been able to subscribe to get the last few matches free. Users don’t have to subscribe for Saturday’s MLS Cup match, though, and Apple is screening it even further and wider than usual.
